How to switch account user?
Hey! Want to know how to switch accounts? I'll show you how:
1. Open your Convo Now app. Find your Convo number on the main screen, near the minutes usage.

2. Click on it to switch accounts and you’ll see the prompt, “Which account would you like to use?”:
- EAF: Use this for work-related tasks like chatting with colleagues, joining video conference, or making work-related calls (e.g., placing orders).
- NDIS: Use this for personal connections, such as communicating with family, friends, doctors, or service providers.
- Guests: Use this to access the Deaf Ecosystem and the Business Accessible list only.

3. Choose the account you would like to use for your next connection. For an example, To use the EAF account, tap EAF and at the end of your work shift, be sure to switch back to NDIS.
4. You can also log into your Convo Now account on a different device (eg. tablet) and choose a different account to be used on that device. The account you choose on a device will remain selected until you change it.
5. You will continue to receive calls from all of your accounts on the same app, on all devices you have logged into Convo Now. Changing the account you use will only change which one is used for new connection requests you make on that device.
