How to find your Convo number?
Hey! Want to know how to find your Convo number? I'll show you how:
1. Open your Convo Now app. Find your Convo number on the main screen, near the minutes usage.
2. Click on it to switch to a different Convo number for another user account. Each account has its own number.
- For EAF, share your work number with colleagues or your network.
- For NDIS, share your personal number with family, friends, doctors, and service providers.
Additionally, ensure your service providers have the correct number to reach you easily.
3. As an option, you could set up call forwarding as well. This will allow anyone calling your mobile number to be redirected to your Convo number, which will allow the Convo Now app to notify you about the incoming call.
