Can I change my monthly plan?
Can you change your monthly plan? Yes, you can change your monthly plan by contacting billing@convoaustralia.com and we will change your plan for the next month if you let us know more than 10 working days before the end of this month.
If you are worried you may not have enough minutes left in your plan for this month, don’t worry, you can continue using our services if you run out of minutes. We will work out how much extra minutes you have used and add that to your next invoice.
We will also monitor your typical usage and will contact you if we think a different monthly plan may better suit your needs.
